New Jersey Muslim Voice for Progress was formed on March 2015 and is comprised of over 100 New Jersey Muslim cultural, political, religious and social organizations.

Mission NJMVP is a grass-roots organization that aims to integrate Muslims into the social, political and religious fabric of New Jersey. It works by building a broad New Jersey Muslim coalition that is diverse, inclusive and effective in collaborative action to preserve the civil rights and liberties for all people.
Objective - Advocate on behalf of NJ Muslims with local and state government officials, politicians and law enforcement - Engage NJ Muslim individuals and organizations in community organizing - Empower NJ Muslim women to lead the way - Support youth to accomplish their goals to serve society - Build long lasting relationship with like-minded organizations - Promote collaboration among diverse NJ Muslims - Encourage and nurture a culture of volunteering and service among NJ Muslim
